The fundemental platform for executive coaching is the ability to translate accelerated personal development into professional and leadership enhancement.  Executive coaching is designed to achieve this, whilst also considering an executives many competing committments and demanding roles. 

Coaching is a deliberate process utilizing focused conversation to facilitate the emergence of personal insights.  These insights are then harnessed, sharpened and acted on in a continuous reflection/action/learning cycle.   

Based on international best-practice, Michelle's typical executive coaching program is a 6-step approach;

Step 1:  Client and Coach introductory meeting (Do we enjoy good rapport?  Will we work well together?)

Step 2: Client, Coach and Coach-sponsor briefing meeting (What are the goals we intend to achieve together?)

Step 3: Assessment and Data Collection phase (Let's get some feedback from those who interact with you)

Step 4: Client and Coach; feedback on assessment date and action planning meeting (Where do we start?  What are the milestones?  What are the priorities?)

Step 5: Confidential one-on-one coaching meetings, held via a combination of face-to-face, telephone, skype or video conferencing (What practises are we establishing?  How are these moving us closer toward the goals?  What else do we need to do?)  A typical coaching intervention is 12 meetings over 6 months. 

Step 6: Final assessment, measurement and feedback (What has changed?  What have we learned? What do others say?)

Coaching Investment fees are dependent on the number of project hours, the nature of the coaching assigment, the budget allocation and payment terms.
